INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. Smoked Beef (Pipikaula), sliced in thin strips
12 oz. Maui Onion, julienned
1 Tsp White Pepper
3 oz. Green Onions
½ cup Soy Sauce
9 oz. Tomatoes, insides discarded
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Toss together all ingredients. Refrigerate and let rest for one hour . Serve chilled.
