1. What are the directions from the airport?
Take Highway 380 then take the cut off to Highway 30 heading to Lahaina. Go past Lahaina town. At the Kaanapali Golf Course turn left on Kaanapali Parkway. Sheraton Maui Resort is the last hotel on the left.

2. Do you have complimentary shuttle to/from the airport?
No. Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa does not have an airport shuttle service, however, you may contact our concierge desk at (808) 662-8135 to arrange for a shuttle transfer.

3. How much does it does it cost to get to/from the airport?
Currently:
Taxi approximately $90.00 to/from Kahului Airport.
Shuttle approximately $40.00 per person, each way.

4. How far are you from the airport?
Sheraton Maui Resort is 45 minutes from Kahului Airport (OGG), Servicing inter-island and Domestic carriers) and 15 minutes from Kapalua Airport (JHM, Servicing inter-island carriers).

5. Is there a parking charge on site?
Sheraton Maui Resort’s parking structure is available for self parking. Self parking fee is included in the daily resort fee. The “First Arrival" day’s valet parking charge is complimentary. Additional days valet charge is $5.00 per day (in addition to the resort fee).

6. Where is Black Rock?
Black Rock is a natural lava rock formation that extends from a portion of the grounds of the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa, approximately 100 yards into the ocean.

7. Do you have a beach? Where is the beach?
Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa is located beachfront on Ka`anapali Beach. Sheraton Maui Resort is also home of one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, Black Rock.

The beach is always open, however, certain strong surf conditions can limit access.

10. Do you have a spa?
Yes. The Spa at Black Rock is under construction at this time and scheduled to open during the fall of 2008. The Spa will feature 8 indoor treatment rooms, 3 outdoor treatment rooms, manicure stations and pedicure stations.

The sun sets at various times throughout the year, earlier during the winter months (5:30pm) and later during the summer months (7:00pm).

12. When does the cliff-dive ceremony start?
The ceremony starts each evening at sunset. The ceremony includes live music, a hula dancer, torch lighting and the cliff dive. While on property, you may contact the Lagoon Bar for the exact time.

We are located in the Ka`anapali Resort area, which is also home to Ka`anapali North and South Courses, within close proximity of the resort. Contact our Guest Services for assistance.

15. Is there shopping nearby?
Whaler’s Village is a shopping center that is within walking distance or you can take either the Starwood Shuttle or the free Kaanapali Trolley. Both circle the area frequently. Lahaina Town is a 10-minute drive away for more shopping options.

16. Where do I get the shuttle? What time does it run?

Maui Memorial Medical Center is located in Central Maui, approximately 45 minutes from the hotel. There is also a doctor on call in Whaler's Village, only a ten minute walk from our Resort.

Sheraton Maui Resort features free nightly entertainment at the Lagoon Bar, with a Torch Lighting and Cliff Dive Ceremony at sunset. Free nightly entertainment is also offered in Black Rock Steak and Seafood. There is also extensive nightlife to be found in Lahaina Town.

Sheraton Maui Resort’s Resort Charge includes self-parking, free local calls, shuttle service on the Ka'anapali Shuttle and Lahaina Shuttle as well as high-speed internet access. The present 2008 fee, including tax, is $20.00 plus tax and is subject to change without notice.
